What is the refund policy?
Full refund if visa is denied (with documentation). 50% refund if cancelled 30+ days before start date. No refund for cancellations within 30 days of program start, except for medical emergencies with documentation.
What level of Arabic is required?
No prior Arabic knowledge required! Our program accommodates complete beginners to intermediate learners. We assess your level during the application process and provide pre-arrival preparation materials.

How long is the program?
The program runs for 5 weeks, with both spring and summer cohorts available. Spring runs from March 1 to April 30, and summer runs from June 1 to July 30.
What is the daily schedule like?
Each day begins with Fajr prayer at Al-Masjid an-Nabawi, followed by 3 hours of Arabic classes. Afternoons include cultural activities and site visits, and evenings feature group study sessions and Maghrib prayer.
